Very good service. Samavest sms me a day before my flight informing me on the pickup, and even made adjustment to wait for me, due to my delayed flight! I will hire Samavest service again in my next Langkawi visit.

Car was quite old. Otherwise a smooth & positive experience.

There is only one customer service representative, so the wait time can be long if there are people ahead.

Car condition is not good. We had tire puncture on last day before going to the airport.

Some directions at the airport to pickup point for arriving clients is needed. Had to get the airport concierge to call the company on our behalf however they came promptly

Friendly staff from Europcar, the Manager serve me by himself when he saw me standing while waiting for the staff to attend me.

The car was quite clean except there were cockroaches that were crawling about. More fumigation and vacuuming to keep out the cockroaches would be be ideal. The car condition was well maintained and functions well with all features working. The car was fuel efficient as well.

The booking process was easy. The vouchers for discount was a winner and very attractive for us to book through EasyRentCars. I have been sharing the discounts and EasyCarRent with my family and friends. Thank you for making it so affordable and easy for us.

I had a small bump I thought for the size of damage it created a lot of hassle! £30 charged which was reasonable .

The 1k advance fee payment via credit card is a huge amount and will only be refund at a later date. This may only be the downside factor.

The car hire was good and fair priced, But the pick up process was so slow, I spent longer waiting for the car than I did on the flight!!( time spent flying=45 min. Time spent queuing 58 min) Other companies ask all the questions during the booking process, before you arrive, show ID, swipe card then hand over the keys... honestly you can do better! Your colleague was apologetic and super friendly so not her fault, just seemed like the process.

Waited quite long to pick-up the car. Car wasn't ready when we arrived at our stated time.

The vehicle condition is average. Apparently the rear bumper was cracked and front have scratches. Not clean outside. Fortunately the staff has taken down all the condition issues to avoid any dispute. It’s good to have the car fixed before it rents out to customer.

The price drop didn’t work for me.
