Get car time no patrol need to self drive go patrol station.

No clear indication of their counter at the arrival hall, so we missed it and we have called them at the airport exit.

Myvi was not available and our car was upgraded to Toyota Avanza instead. Will definitely choose Samavest again

Car was very clean, ran as good as you could ask for with an old-ish manual vehicle. Everything worked properly, and pricing is decent. Staff are fairly flexible with extensions and additional costs are not too heavy.

Easy to find and book a car

Samavest provide value for money car, customer service is good, they send me WhatsApp message before I arriving and asking for my flight number. Staff is waiting at the airport arrival hall and bring me to counter for registration. Keep up the good job

Good platform for booking for a car, well recommended.

The contact numbers and pick up details provided were not accurate. I waited a good 1.5 hours and noone came to the arrivals hall. I had to call Easyrentcar and they took around an hour to locate the person dropping the car off. He was waiting outside the airport and his number was not the same as the one on the booking. While waiting for this driver, I had other approach me that were offering the same car for half the price. Next time i will just book one from the airport.

Upon arrival we waited almost 40mnt to get our car as due to jam during that time (LIMA). The 1st car we got we were not very happy as the staff inform us to keep an eye on the car temperature. As I'm travelling with elderly and kids I was worried if the car stop mid way and so informed the staff to get me a replacement. Within 1 hour, the staff managed to get a replacement car and it was brand new and super clean. Bravo to the staff for working on my request so fast and really appreciate it.

Is honest staff handle all this, and some tolerable situation accepted. They are friendly.

Lovely car and staff. Just one request, next time please suggest earlier where one should find the staff for pick up as that took 10 minutes & curiosity :-)

The guy in charge shall be called by telephone. Once you get in touch, the follow up is perfect. He can also be contacted by Watsap once the deal is signed. Easy hand over and not much of proposal for additional fees.

The car that we get every things look okay, was pretty good. the only thing that i wasn't accept was one side of the car tire was running flat, and the stuff told me this is normal. i found this is super dangerous, langkawi most of the road is up down hill and when 1 tire running flat is horrible slippery.
