Dislike: Single staff member representing multiple companies-understaffed

No queue for car at rental desk, friendly staff, told us the best place to fill up with fuel at the end of the rental, a very smooth collection and drop off process

Counter staff really helpful - smooth process

The rented car had an engine problem (EPC) and the service replaced it.

I was expecting a Ford Focus or equivalent but got a fiesta The ‘shuttle bus’ was a car, that didn’t have a car seat in it even though our rental was booked with a car seat- not ideal to travel to the pick up with a baby on my lap

Great service, very friendly and helpful gentlemen looked after us at both check in and out and was kind enough to give us a lift to our hotel. Thank you.

Worst. When i met "Easirent staff", he said "fuck off" to me.

Collection desk was managed by a pair of highway robbers, a mask would have been appropriate. Never visit them ever again.

Car was very good and counter staff extremely helpful.

They gave me free upgrade and I had got Mercedes-Benz through out my journey. Europcar gave me a great experience at Northern Ireland.

Good experience on car rental

Car was fine, better than the model booked.

Booking was fine, I paid a little extra for a airport in terminal pickup. The Firefly hire was managed by Hertz but the sign was hard to spot. Would have been helpful to know where to go to pick the Firefly rental in the pickup instructions.

Like: The service was brilliant, the staff were some helpful and friendly. I don't think I could say anything negative about the overall experience. Very happy customer.
Dislike: I'm not sure if it is a negative or not but the staff are so laid back that when I found a dent on the car at pick up they said it's something that happens and ticked it off my form and not theirs. I wasn't picked up on it at drop off though so I guess they are all fairly level headed with the process of it all. Very happy with everything!

The staff where fantastic Jacqueline in particular. We had arrived in Belfast and the airline had lost my luggage, so I had no paperwork or clothes apart from what I was wearing. They helped me with everything including where I could buy some clothes. 10 out of 10 for service.

All work very well Received an email containing a pdf summary on completion of the hire which confirmed no damage etc

Terrible service. My flight was delayed by an hour and they canceled my fully paid reservation without a reason, and refused to give a refund afterward. It seems like blatant robbery of the rental fee!

The staff were exceptionally helpful. Really, they could not have done more. I was early and they allowed me to pick up the vehicle early without it affecting my drop off time. Top marks!

Really quick and easy. Confirmation of reservation was almost immediate. Have used this company in Spain and UK and would happily use again,

Massive queue at the pick up counter which really delayed my departure from the airport and plans for the evening. Seemed really slow with nothing pre-printed and only one printer which then jammed. Lady on the desk was lovely but horrible wait outweighed this. Will actively avoid Avis in the future if that’s the counter process.

Great friendly staff. Small clean car suitable for all I needed.
