All straightforward, great staff!

Staff very pleasant, even though they were busy.

This is 2nd time to use Easyrentcar. There have been no problems so far

Absolutely the worst car rental company, I have seen so far. We went in there and were ushered to use a Kiosk. The kiosk goes all the way until you go the option of buying additional option. If you select, no additional insurance, it asks to go back to the desk. The whole 15 mins process after a long flight was terrible. The person at the desk was rude. He again tried to sell us insurance telling us terrible catalyst converter theft happening in London. I had a California and a UK driving license. I scanned the UK one on kiosk. He said that I cannot use it since I am not a native in UK anymore and cannot switched to California driving license as I had already scanned it. Refused to give me car. I would suggest everyone to be think twice and think again before using Easirent. I ended up renting for a reputable international car hire company for almost the same price but with much better customer service.

I was asked if I wanted insurance which I clearly declined. After some confusing conversation I was then charged £180 for something I did not want and when I asked for my money back the staff member refused to reimburse me. To make matters worse he then said he can prove I agreed with video footage which I was more then happy to review and to my "surprise" he wasn't able to show me. I will never make a mistake by using a cheap car rental company again. Very Very poor. The only saving grace was the staff member on my return was very good and helpful. what a great guy he was.

I booked an automatic car. The maanger said that that automatic car had not been in use for a while so better to take manual car. He offered a manual car with sat nav and reversing camera in the same price.Unfortunately that car did not have either of those things - and he fooled me. On my return he was not there and his junior left a note for him to refund of the difference between manual and automatic car - and still waiting for his response.
