The car pickup and return processes were convenient and fast. The staff carefully pointed out existing flaws when handing over the car. The return was very quick and not inspected in front of us, but after returning to our country, we received an email stating there were scratches and charged 240 euros. Fortunately, we had insurance, so there was no personal loss.

They said it's in the airport, but it's actually outside the airport. There are no signs, so it was very hard to find, located in an inconspicuous corner. The staff's attitude was indifferent. When returning the car, they made me wait and I almost missed my flight. The car was in average condition, the engine protection shield came off while driving due to loose screws, and the car had many scratches. Luckily, I took videos and pictures; otherwise, there would've been disputes when returning the car. They didn't care when I picked up the car but checked it meticulously when I returned it. The overall experience was not very good.

A local rental company, everything went smoothly for both pickup and drop-off. When picking up the car, I noticed a scratch that was not recorded, so I immediately informed the staff. They assured me that it was fine since they had taken photos. If I was asked to pay for it when returning, I could just show them the photos. During the return, they didn't check the scratches, only inspected the area under the trunk. Overall, it was very smooth.

Satisfied, no pushy insurance sales. Although the car had over 100,000 kilometers, it was in good condition. Didn't have time to wash the car, but surprisingly no deposit was deducted.

We rented two cars at the same time and parked them together. One car was charged over 500 RMB for parking, while the other had no parking fee but was charged 72 euros for cleaning.

The return inspection was so meticulous that it seemed they were deliberately looking for flaws. No other car rental company in other countries does this. There were two tiny marks that could be polished off with wax; they might have been there when I picked up the car. A normal person wouldn't see them without a magnifying glass. Luckily, I had insurance. Overall, I don't recommend this company.

The pick-up process was efficient. The charge for scratches and dents is high, but with insurance, it doesn't matter much.

The rental agent was very enthusiastic and provided detailed explanations.
