The pick up was very late and the process at the counter took longer than expected. We told them we had dinner booked and were going to be late. It was explained to us that they were training someone. The trainee was very pleasant and apologetic. Could do with a more noticeable vehicle/sinage at pick up as nearly missed it.

If You have any problem any kind of problem everything becomes a nightmare.

you must Show CLEARLY what to do if any problem appears.

Stressful experience trying to organise airport pickup to easirent site. Spent a total of 2 hours after flight landed to collect car. All attempts to get through customer service at Aberdeen easirent failed. I felt insurance was being forced upon me. Long story short, I will not be using easirent ever again. Awful start to our short break.

We got a free upgrade to a Mercedes C200, the experience was excellent. The staff at Aberdeen Airport were very nice and asked if we needed a refueling service. Returning the car in London was also very convenient, a staff member checked the car on the spot and sent an electronic receipt to our email. Then a shuttle bus took us directly to the terminal entrance. Highly recommended!

We booked a Peugot 208 or similar and received a Hyundai Kona. Lovely new car, comfortable, plenty of space and nippy. Easy to locate the pick-up location at the airport and we were on our way within a few minutes.

Unbelievably cheap compared to booking direct with Budget, coming on for half the price for a 6 day rental. Quick and easy to book.

The car was great, I would have expected the offices to open earlier than 9am at an international airport but we were told what time so that was ok. However, the central London drop off is atrocious, there’s barely any signage to know where to go/park drop off keys, and I got more help with dropping the car off from the security guard than the scant Hertz staff.

I couldn’t use the Price drop protection for some reason, the link just took me round in circles on the app. Maybe it’s because I made the account after booking the car, I’ll see next time I guess.

Customer service bad. And didn’t help with questions so I overpaid

Quick pick up, not taken to car just given a bay number and if any problem come back and tell us. We extended one day hire. This was done over the internet via avisbudget.

Was good and saved money will hire again soon.

Budget were great - staff very professional and helpful

I called to be picked so we could be picked up and had to leave a voicemail, I then had to call a second time and this time someone answered and told us we’d be picked up in ten minutes. I ordered a Ford Fiesta and was given an upgrade to a Citroen C4. Not what I would call an upgrade, more the opposite.

Even though I already bought insurance, they wanted me to buy a more expensive one. Then they offered me an upgrade to a more expensive car but I had to pay more. When I refused, they started pushing insurance again. The deposit was higher than others; while others asked for 200 pounds, they wanted 700 pounds.

Everything went fine with hire but of course there just had to be someone trying to wheedle extra cash out of us on return by claiming we were responsible for non-existent or microscopic chips or other drivers’ damage! So very predictable but unfair and totally negates previous good customer service....

The car met our expectations. The service at Aberdeen Airport was very friendly, helpful and efficient. The car drop off was very smooth and a fast lift to the airport terminal.

I was given a choice of Insignia, Kuga or Qashqai and chose the Qashqai. Lovely new car although the boot was a bit smaller than anticipated. Service was great, the young guy even asked if he could help with the bags. Quick pick up, minimal paperwork and overall a very good experience.
