Even though I already bought insurance, they wanted me to buy a more expensive one. Then they offered me an upgrade to a more expensive car but I had to pay more. When I refused, they started pushing insurance again. The deposit was higher than others; while others asked for 200 pounds, they wanted 700 pounds.
Service efficiency is average. Returning the car in the afternoon needs improvement. The car key should be placed in a prominent location at the rental company, not handed over to airport security. After working hours, it was difficult to find the security personnel. I had to ask several people and wait a long time to find where the key was left.
Mucha lentitud a la hora de entregarnos el coche.
El hecho de tener que entregar el coche fuera de la hora de recogida en alquileres de corto tiempo es un problema porque entregarlo antes supone un perjuicio para quien lo alquila.
Las alternativas no son buenas o costosas.
En mi caso no tuve mas remedio que llevar mi coche al aeropuerto pagando el coste de entrega en oficina diferente
Pero tengo que decir a su favor que en este momento parece que me han retirado el cargo en la tarjeta.
