First time renting a car in the USA, and it was very convenient. After getting off the plane, follow the signs to the rental shuttle pick-up area. Almost all rental company shuttles stop there, and buses from the same company come one after another, so there's always a bus available. The paperwork is simple: provide the pick-up form, swipe your credit card for a deposit, get the pick-up slip, and go to the lot to pick up the car. There is no staff involved, just give the slip with the car number and mileage to the staff at the exit. Returning the car is even simpler; follow the instruction lines to park in the designated lane, a staff member will check the car, take the keys, and give you a receipt, then you are free to go.

The service was excellent!

There's a shuttle bus at the airport that takes you to the rental car store. They checked my booking and my license, and the process was done in five minutes with no extra charges.

Mostly African-American staff, the attitude was average. The parking lot for car pick-up is right nearby. Overall, it's acceptable.

There are at least six or seven rental companies together, very convenient. This one is quite large. I booked a Ford Edge but ended up with a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. Really liked it.

Average service, pickup was quite slow.

The service attitude was okay, but they forcefully made me buy full insurance with a smile.

Like: Thrifty representative, Monique, was excellent and displayed professionalism and was very courteous. Shes a "keeper" in my estimation.

Like: Great gas mileage on vehicle!!!
Dislike: Car maintenance light came on as soon as we got on the road. Remote didnt work. Dents & scratches all over vehicle.

Like: I only drive locally for 37 miles so for half day use, it was a good value. The rate quoted was honored and checkin and rental experience was both very positive. Will rent again.

Very satisfied with the service of this company. Returning the car was very convenient, renting was also quick, and the staff were very enthusiastic.

It's okay, but the car models are limited.

They promise to give Mazda 3 but they gave me different car so I asked them give me what you promise they said we never do Mazda 3, strange isn’t it?

Like: Quick service, new clean car, smooth return

Overall, I am satisfied. They didn't push extra insurance. Initially booked a GPS, but later rented a WiFi device in China and downloaded Google Maps in advance, so I didn't need the GPS anymore. They refunded it directly when picking up the car. Returning the car was also very quick!
