CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON DOLLAR AT DETROIT AIRPORT, DTW

The Representative at the DTW Dollar rental car counter was great! I wish I would of got her name. We got to the counter around 830am July 14th, Sunday. Please acknowledge that we thought she was wonderful. An asset to YOUR company!!!!

Nachelle went out of her way to help me, as I showed up a day early needing a car. This was a Saturday, and you had very few available - she was very kind and told me ‘she would find a way to make it work.’ Indeed, a car got quickly cleaned and I drove it away. Murray was also kind and funny - I noticed how friendly and warm the team were with one another, which is a very good sign in any workplace. I would definitely recommend Dollar, based on my experience - and will be a repeat customer when in Detroit.

I've rented multiple times; it's very convenient.

Overall, QEEQ is very good, but the service of the local car rental company in the US is not satisfactory.

We booked a Nissan SUV on the platform but were given a Ford instead. Our request to change the car was rejected, which was disappointing.

Adding an additional driver costs $13 per day, which is expensive!

Like: I only drive locally for 37 miles so for half day use, it was a good value. The rate quoted was honored and checkin and rental experience was both very positive. Will rent again.

The process was quick, and there were car models to choose from.

It's okay, but the car models are limited.

It cost $63 to fill a tank that usually takes $40.
