Excellent English speaking staff. Fabulous car. Very efficient and easy pick up and drop off. Our only jiggle is the extortionate cost to add the cover for claims protection. A charge of £100 on a £40 hire!

It's too much to get 800 Euro on a reservation with cost less than 100 Euro.

Overall service was okay.

Even if I didn't get the car required the replacement was even better. Europcar staff was very helpful and efficient. Both pick-up and drop-off went smoothly. I would recommend them anytime.

An unpleasant experience when I return the car and suddenly discover damage in the car that I did not do, in addition to the vehicle was in the first place with damage and probably did not check it properly. I had to get a Volvo and got a jeep. What is the connection? Do not know.

The car ended up costing me more than expected because they gave me a vehicle that had just under a half a tank. I complained because I know how hard it is to bring back a car with less than a full tank. I ended up filling up the vehicle and giving it back with 30% more gas than I received it. This is BS and I will never do that again, if Enterprise wont give me a car with a full tank I will not rent a car from them again.

The company store is conveniently located, very easy to find right after getting off the plane. The staff are all very friendly.

Picking up the car in Berlin was very convenient; it was just a few meters from my hotel in the city center. They offered an SUV upgrade for an additional 5 euros, which was nice, but since my driving skills are average, I decided to stick with a smaller car. The staff at Hamburg airport were quite indifferent, and they closed earlier than other rental companies on the 31st, at 4 PM, though my scheduled return time was 4:30 PM. So I returned the car through self-service and hope there are no other issues.

car rental company charges airport service fees and climate protection fees although according to easyrentcars.com all fees are included.
