The overall service was okay. The cars from this company seem to be relatively older, but the prices are not particularly cheap. There was an attempt to sell me insurance during pickup, but I declined. I booked a T-Roc and was given a T-Cross, which happens to be the same as my car back home—what a coincidence. However, since they're economy cars, there's not much to say about their performance.
Extremely satisfied! The car was almost brand new, a model from this April. It was great. We reserved an Audi A3 but were given a Mercedes GLC instead. The pick-up and drop-off process was simple and convenient. Highly reliable!
Upon arrival, they required an 800 euro deposit. Make sure to check this before renting! It's a trap. Then the staff suggested I pay an additional 30 euros for insurance, reducing the deposit to 100 euros.
