Friendly and attentive service, explanations were very clear. The car was very new, with only over 9,000 kilometers.

The route was easy to find. The underground parking garage was easy to enter and exit. The car, with 23,000 kilometers, was in pretty good condition. Both picking up and returning the car were very convenient with minimal waiting time. Communication was smooth. Additional cost for the destination in Austria was 30 euros, and adding an extra driver cost 70 euros, which is a bit expensive. Everything else was fine.

The staff was friendly and explained everything clearly. There was no queue, and when I asked about insurance and said no, there was no upselling.
