Very far from the airport. Waited a long time for the shuttle bus after calling. The staff's attitude was mediocre.

It's a big company with guaranteed service. Pickup and return were very convenient with no hidden charges. Very satisfied!

The Brisbane return location was hard to find. I had to circle four times before I saw it, almost missed my flight!

Excellent car rental service at the Gold Coast. The Hertz rental desk is right in the airport terminal. After completing the paperwork, you head to the parking lot where the car is ready for you. Just get in and drive off.

Quick and convenient

They kept saying I didn't book for two days. I contacted customer service and even showed them the bilingual order, but it didn't help. It took a long time, and they made me pay extra first, promising a refund. After returning the car, the staff told me to contact the rental company for the refund. I was really frustrated. At that point, I couldn't reach customer service. After a lot of back and forth, the staff finally said they would process the refund. If your English is not good, be cautious.

There is a $69 fee for driver’s license translation. No clear notice was given before renting the car.

Picked up the car at Gold Coast Airport, the Hertz staff was very friendly, and the process was very simple, done in a few minutes. They gave me a map showing the parking spot, found the car easily.

The rental company claimed to provide service in Chinese, and the price for the same model was twice as much as the non-Chinese service. However, there was no Chinese service, and they couldn't find my order when I picked up the car!

The service from Budget was terrible. The return condition of the car didn't match the billing statement, and there were several hidden charges.
