Like: We reserved a Mitsubishi ASX as we are considering perchasing one and thought it would be a good opportunity to test drive one. There wasn’t one initially available however the staff member serving me pulled some strings to get me one so overall very happy.

Overall, quite good.

The service was excellent, especially when returning the car! During the pickup, the receptionist seemed a bit helpless due to my poor English.

The rental shop is too far from the airport. After leaving the airport, I couldn't get in touch with the pickup staff by phone and had to ask QEEQ customer service for help. It took half an hour to finally get in touch. The car I got was a two-door Toyota, which was quite small and old, and it came with only half a tank of gas. They said they were too busy to fill it up. When returning the car, it was hard to control the refueling amount and I ended up adding too much fuel.

A very good rental company. Picking up and returning the car was very convenient.

Like: Time taken to drop off the car is very fast and fuss free. Simple check on the car and petrol tank is all you need. Car is spacious though it was a little aged.
Dislike: We were expecting Hyundai iMax as it was the model we reserved, but we were provided Kia Carnival instead so we had little problem with fitting our luggages and stroller in. Fortunately we only had 4 adults so we could fit the stroller in second row.

Like: Very friendly and helpful staff.

Like: Having our own car meant that we could do so much more than if we had to rely on public transport. The staff were really helpful, so much so, that when I left my Mimco in the back seat of the rental car, they delivered it to me at the airport!! Can't thank them enough!!

Like: Staff were friendly at both pick up and drop off. Car was in great condition and very clean. Super fuel efficient too which was a bonus! Stayed a week and didn't even use $80 worth of fuel with LOTS of driving! Have used Europcar before and wouldn;t hesitate to use them again

Picked up the car from Hertz at the airport. The office is conveniently located in the airport. However, the first staff member we encountered was not familiar with the process and incorrectly informed us that we couldn't pick up an Apollo car from Hertz, resulting in us wasting over half an hour searching for an Apollo office outside.

When I arrived at the car rental company, I was told that due to the Easter holiday, the 5-seater sedan I originally booked was not available. Instead, they offered me an 8-seater van, and that was the only option! The agreement was to return the car by 5 PM the next day, but because of the Easter holiday, the office closed at 4 PM. They only posted a notice on the door, but the contract still said 5 PM, and no one reminded me, causing me to make another trip to the car rental office to return the key. Although the service was friendly, the experience was very unsatisfactory!
