Recommended many additional fees

The rental location is not at the airport, but they provide a shuttle bus for pick-up and drop-off. It's still not very convenient. Also, the fuel tank wasn't full when I received the car, and you have to return it with the same amount of fuel. If you return it with more, you won't get a refund, which is hard to manage. Additionally, there is no electronic toll card, so if there are any tolls, you'll need to pay them online or by phone, which is inconvenient.

The process of both picking up and returning the car was convenient and quick. The car was in good condition, with less than 30,000 kilometers on it.

The reception was warm, the counter was easy to find, the process was simple, very satisfied.
