During my trip, there was a scratch on the right rear part of the car. BUDGET charged me the maximum amount for it. Although I sent numerous emails, I didn't receive any response. Later, I directly contacted the China Merchants Bank credit card center and initiated a credit investigation. Shortly after, I received half of the money back.
I can only say that when it comes to money, foreigners can be just as opportunistic.
The service attitude is great, and the car is in excellent condition. Even though it wasn’t the Mercedes-Benz I originally booked, the Hyundai equivalent was impressive as well!
The service is excellent and highly recommended. The only minor issue is that picking up the car is a bit complicated. It would be better if they could provide more detailed directions in the future.
