We cannot locate the place as we keep looking out for signs of Easy Rent Cars. We did not know that we are renting from Times Car Rental. Our booking information did not indicate so and we keep asking for directions to Easy Rent Cars without success. It was a kind local uncle that helped us made a phone call and that is when we realize we are to go to Times Car Rental. End up we pick our car 1 hour later than the booking time. We were also not given the car that we originally booked. We booked for a honda fit but we got a toyota instead. fortunately the toyota served us well. The car is very clean and easy to handle.

Our flight have been delay 4 hours, then when we rent our car, they charge us 1 more day. No fair.

Easy to find staff at the airport. Pick-up and drop-off are very fast. I reserved honda fit car but Times upgrades car to toyota premio with same price.

Friendly UI. Offer the good price and discount.

Extremely polite service, nothing was too much trouble or effort. Assisted in changing the sat nav to English for us which made everything much easier.

Customer service was very prompt in answering my queries.

Other rental companies have staff to greet customers in the international arrivals hall, but Nissan did not. The rental company staff did not pre-record the car's scratches on the form; they only noted them when the customer pointed them out. It was raining when we picked up the car, and the vehicle was parked outdoors, which made it difficult to inspect the body.

The car was big enough and spacious for only two of us without large luggage. A big strange that we have to put petrol from the station that they specified and had to present a receipt to proof, I used other car rentals twice in Okinawa and this is the first requirement I’ve come across. I found this request a bit annoying. The GPS in the car is very old and display is in Japanese, some new roads doesn’t exist in this GPS. Up sell their own insurance, kept saying the insurance should pay and if they don’t pay would have a lot of fines, etc. The car has a lot of scratches but they only concentrate on inspecting the bottom of the car, don’t understand the reason.

Overall good and staff is friendly. The only complaint is the waiting time for pickup is a bit long, as I have even communicated in advance with them just before the trip.

Easy to use and responsive!

We have to wait around 30 min till service van come and wait till the other family come. The car has scratches all round the car. When we return the staff didn’t use service car to sent us to airport. He ask us to sit together (5 people) ask my son to sit on my lab and the luggage on my wife lab too. We refused so he bring the van to sent us to airport as standard. Not even say sorry. Very pool services

The communication took a bit longer due to language barriers, especially regarding insurance.

Quite old car with 3 dents. Instructions for using in-built GPS not clear as in Japanese. I do not like counter staff aggressively selling me insurance when I don't need it. Have to go back and ask where car key is before driving. Worse is I was advised to return car one day earlier as my flight is 9:10 am while car rental opens at 8 am. What they should have done is advise I check in at airport earlier, then return car, then take their free shuttle back to airport to board plane. Quite unpleasant for me to drag luggage for more 1 km to take public transport to Naha Airport on the day of my departure.

ลงเครื่องมาหาจุดรับรถไม่เจอ ต้องไปถามกับประชาสัมพันธ์ถึงรู้ว่าต้องเดินไปจุดจอดรถ 10A หน้าอาคารผู้โดยสารในประเทศ ง่วงก็ง่วง ร้อนก็ร้อน เห็น ots กับอีกยี่ห้อนึงมารับถึงในอาคารระหว่างประเทศแล้วนอยด์ ไปถึงร้านเช่าก็คุยกันไม่ค่อยรู้เรื่อง ภาษาอังกฤษเค้าฟังไม่รู้เรื่อง ต้องเสียค่าประกันเพิ่มอีก 8,100 เยนสำหรับ 5 วัน แถมเก้าอี้เด็กที่จองไว้ก็เก่าและมอมแมมมากรวมทั้งภายในรถด้วยทั้งๆที่รถยังใหม่ ตอนจองจองนิสสัน note แต่จัดโตโยต้า vitz ซึ่งคันเล็กกว่าให้ เกือบใส่กระเป๋าไม่พอ

Easy for process rental

Awesome and nice service

Spend quite a while to find the counter at the airport. There should be proper signage to show the direction. We get to find out from staff of Times car rental that we need to walk 10min to the Domestic airport where the counter 10 is located, and where we will be drove to the car company over a 15min free shuttle.

Would be helpful to share information on car park with good fee on short parking and overnight parkings

Very convenient

Both pick-up and drop-off were convenient. I borrowed the car in the city and later arranged with customer service to return it at the airport without any extra charges. Good service! The only downside was that extending the rental by 2 hours cost 6,000 yen, so plan your schedule carefully.

Car is bit old.
