Good service, but there was a billing issue. I was charged again at pickup even though I had already paid on QEEQ.

The staff both during pick up and drop off are very friendly and helpful. Did not spend too much time at the counter and we got the car very fast.

Love Qeeq! Been using it since before the rebranding. Will continue using Qeeq for my car rental needs.

The service was excellent and very thorough. The staff also explained driving precautions in Malaysia, which was very considerate.

It's a legitimate company with clear information about the contract and insurance. The car has 41,000 kilometers on it with numerous scratches and peeled paint, but the interior is fine and it doesn't affect driving.

Although Suria doesn’t have a service desk at the airport, their customer service staff was very prompt in responding and meet onsite within minutes of contact. The car provided was also in very good condition.

Good that they are in contact with us prior to the trip, it made communications on the actual day easy. Good that everyone can use WhatsApp too.

Not alot of prior details uoon collection of car. Called the customer service but no update or followup, just mentioned another team will manage.

The service was good. Our flight arrived around 10:30 PM and they waited for us.

1/ Arrived at the airport at night and couldn't reach the car rental company at all! The car rental company claimed we canceled the order, but I had the rental confirmation in hand and couldn't find the car. Had to take a taxi to the hotel! Finally, the rental company contacted us and promised to deliver the car the next day. 2/ They clearly took a deposit from me, but the rental company said the deposit wasn't with them and was paid to the booking platform. They charged me 937 MYR and 1409 RMB. Planned to rent for 3 days (over 500 per day), but only rented for two days!

Pick up location was confirmed the day before but was changed 15mins before time. We had to divert our taxi, it was complicated as we did not know the area. The car was very scratched and appeared very old with 156,000 kms on the clock. It was heavy to drive and consumed far too much petrol for the kms we did. It sounded like the exhaust was needing a repair and the indicators for change of direction did not work properly all the time.

Very satisfied. Make sure to call the number provided in the system when you arrive at the airport. The arrival area has two levels; we usually exit the plane at the first floor and need to go up to the second floor to find gate 5. They prefer Visa cards without the UnionPay logo, but in practice, cards with the UnionPay logo work just as well. Overall, I am very satisfied. My basic English was not an issue as they use translation software to help you.
