The service attitude and car condition were satisfactory. When I picked up the car, the fuel gauge was at 2/3, and when I returned it, the gauge was at 1/3, and I didn't refill it. They charged 80 MYR to my credit card. Actually, I had previously filled the tank from 1/5 to full with only 75 MYR. Refilling from 1/3 to 2/3 would cost at most 30 MYR. They overcharged me by 50 MYR, which feels unfair!
Arrived early and the staff was very helpful in arranging the pick up. An upgrade was provided since the car booked was not available. Very satisfy with the company.
