The vehicle is a new model. Clean interior. You have to do walk around to find any extra damages to vehicle and get them noted to save any future inconveniences.

Renting is fairly easy on the website and the app.
The pickup point is not at the airport, and the store's attitude on the phone was very bad. You have to wait at the airport for the staff to deliver the car, and the same applies for the drop-off; you need to make an appointment over the phone for the staff to pick up the car from the airport. The phone is almost unreachable, especially on weekends, and the staff's attitude is rude. They hang up after a few words, and I had to rely on QEEQ customer service to help contact them.
Due to Covid-19 office was only opened for pick-up. I think I might be the only client that day. I had to postpone pickup +2h - No problem. Drop-off with key deposit box on guarded Parking. Car was perfect and clean. Not Mercedes C-class but much stronger 8 months old Volvo S60.
Very good overall. I returned the car earlier but I forgot to top off the fuel but the guy receiving the car (Pavel) was kind and waited while I refueled.

I am not sure how they keep prices so low sometimes. I like this rental company. I just wish the pick-up process was smoother, with emails or some notifications first.

on last theme take 1300 ... the 300 because am coming at 3 pm not 10 am !!!!! thetas big problem

should be explain when i get car after am rent the price is coming higher like 300 PLN !!! its too much money
They don't have "5 cm rule" like most renting companies so they can charge you for any little scratch
They found "new scratch" on quite old (scratched) car. It might be my fault but this part was already sratched part of the car. Nevertheless i was charged 235 EUR for paiting.
No physical location for car pick-up, not told in advance; did not answer phone calls, delayed car delivery by 5 hours after multiple attempts to reach them. Car model downgraded.
