The vehicle is a new model. Clean interior. You have to do walk around to find any extra damages to vehicle and get them noted to save any future inconveniences.

Renting is fairly easy on the website and the app.

i rent car A class Mercedes or similar the avis give me a KIA car i didn't take what am rent it and when them take money from my card theme try to cut 1800 PLN not my Rent 1000 PLN with balance on last theme take 1300 ... the 300 because am coming at 3 pm not 10 am !!!!! thetas big problem

should be explain when i get car after am rent the price is coming higher like 300 PLN !!! its too much money

They don't have "5 cm rule" like most renting companies so they can charge you for any little scratch They found "new scratch" on quite old (scratched) car. It might be my fault but this part was already sratched part of the car. Nevertheless i was charged 235 EUR for paiting.

No physical location for car pick-up, not told in advance; did not answer phone calls, delayed car delivery by 5 hours after multiple attempts to reach them. Car model downgraded.

The car rental company did not have a physical office, and their contact number was never answered.

The car was very nice. Pleasant customer service. I was surprised how particular they seemed about the tiniest possible scratche. Upon pickup we examined the car with a reflector (it was an evening, but still) noting the tiniest possible scratches (much smaller than the typical 5 mm). I was asked to sign a sheet stating that I will pay 90+ euros.for any scratch. This made for a rather stressful rental experience. With that said I did not have any problems when droping the car off.

I cancelled my reservation because Green Motion asked for a 120 EUR insurance fee and they said if this money is not paid, the basic insurance doesn't cover almost anything, including a damage on the car in a parking place. This money is far beyond the renting fees of the car.

Ask for uprgrade at the desk. I got Ford Focus instead of Fiat 500.

Excellent rent a car company. Highly recommend to buy protection at counter! Car was brand new in really good condition.

I forfeited my car hire at green motion after seeing the staff fraudulently make damage claims on the cars being checked in at the horrified customers' expense. Told them there was no way I would touch their vehicles and went and booked an Avis car.

Smooth experience though we did not get a 2-door coupe as booked. The service provided by Hertz was still good and we had absolutely no problems collecting or returning the car.
