The counter staff refused to give me access to the car without paying for their own insurance (they claimed that my Visa gold was not a valid credit card). The terms of that extra insurance were never given to me and I had to insist to get a receipt. I felt trapped.

Honestly, one of the best, smoothest, most transparent nicest car location service I ever had globally. Congratulations, keep up the good work.

Great car from Hertz, no issue to rent and return it. The only thing I didnt like was that the parking was on high floor, so it took a while to get there ;-)

Totally unreliable! Both pickup and drop-off locations were unclear or incorrect! No one answered any of the calls, and the car rental company's official number was always on hold. Finally, we had to contact via the rental platform to resolve. Our group, dragging large luggage, wasted several hours and disrupted our schedule! Who compensates for our loss?

Quick and convenient, easy pick-up and drop-off. First rental experience was great.

The service and car are both good but the pick up instruction is not clear. It says terminal pick up but it ended up to pick up the car by giving you a call.

The service from GLOBAL rent a car was excellent! When we couldn't find the pick-up location, we called and they brought the car to us. Later, they showed us where to return the car, which made the return process convenient. It was self-service and we just had to park the car, place the keys in the designated box, and leave.

The car rental service was good and everything was explained clearly. However, there is an extra charge of 100 euros per country if you travel to other countries.

Waited for an hour to pick up the car

I will never rent a car from them again. They charged me 300 euro for a tiny faint mark on the fender that might have even been there before I took the car. It was a mark that would be easily removed with $5 cutting compound. I feel taken advantage of. I took pictures of it and if you were to see these pictures, you would not be able to locate it.

Easy booking process

The car was excellent and clean. The service was good when I picked up the car. The only problem I had was at the pick up I was supposed to bring a credit card with my name on it which I don't possess so my wife brought one but they would not accept it. I had to pay an extra £71.76 because I don't have a credit card, I thought this was a bit excessive, They also took a bond of £754 on my Debit card which they held onto for 10 days. It ended up not so cheap a rental

Pointed out marks on the car to supplier. Not recorded by supplier. Took video as proof. Upon return of car the supplier tried to charge for chips on the car body. Didn’t accept. Showed video evidence and attitude changed. Very poor stunt to pull.

Was ok ..... will be very cautious in future. Surprise Rent a Car come across as being shifty.

Phone contact to Agent. Individual pick-up from airport. Quick electronic process. Any "new" scratches and dents were added immediately to rent a protocol. Car was clean and very well quipped. After drop-off I got transport to airport. Deposit on credit card was released 7 days later.

Everything was excellent, except l had to pay additional tax for car washing of 10 euros. It is better to include this tax in the rental tax and not to be surprised at the time of picking up the car.

Up to now I had no any problems with Easyrentcars.

When I arrived, some customers were being told about a €500 fine for exiting the Polish Boarder. With significant TCs such as this, there should be clear signage clearly marked in the office. Also, not all customers will speak English or Polish so TCs should be made available in all languages. You should produce high-level documents for things people need to think about before they leave in all languages - clean the car, leave the same amount of petrol, don't go over the border, do not speed etc. these can be hosted on a website. I ordered a Golf but receive a Toyota. A golf is much better and I couldn't see any Golf's in the car park so I think this was a bit misleading

For the same price I’ve got bigger car, nearly new. Brilliant. No quee at desk neither on pick-up nor drop-off
