Took to log to get car. Drop off was easy. Shuttle said they couldn't take us to terminal 2 which is where our flight left from this was never mentioned anywhere

Booking was fine but it was hard ti fund the rental location
We reserved a Via Verde transponder device in advance, but were told it was out of stock upon arrival. This made navigating the complex Portuguese highways very inconvenient and resulted in excess toll charges. The original car model we booked was unavailable, and the replacement car broke down. After the vehicle was towed, we were overcharged for fuel. We had to travel to the airport to get another car, incurring additional expenses. Although we initially booked the car for three days, we only used it for one and a half days. At the very least, we should have been refunded for one day's rental. They also charged us extra fees due to supposed changes in daily rates for early returns. Despite having full insurance, we had to handle everything ourselves, and the reimbursement process was frustratingly complex. It was a very unpleasant and nerve-racking experience.
Be aware of the charges! For this booking they charged me a lot of extras ( including out of hours at 11pm) that costed me more then my rental booking.
L’agence nous a attribué une Toyota Yaris qui est un véhicule plus petit qu’une Polo ou une seat. Du coup, avec 3 personnes et 1 bébé, nous avions peu d’espace pour nos valises et les accessoires bébé (siège auto, lit parapluie). Nous avons demandé à nous attribuer un autre véhicule de la même catégorie mais notre demande a été réfutée. Le personnel nous a répondu de prendre une gamme au dessus et donc de payer plus cher. Du coup, je ne suis pas vraiment satisfaite de Surprice rente qui a été peu compréhensif sur la situation

Rien à dire sur Easyrentcars. La réservation s’est faite rapidement et nous n’avons rencontré aucun problème

The car was great. Thank you for the upgrade. Unfortunately, picking up the car was a bit more difficult, as we were not given directions and waited inside the airport at the usual car pick up area ( by the Vodaphone kiosk), before anothe car company individual approached us and assisted us by telling us to go outside. We also waited a while to pick up the car.
Apart from the pick up we were very satisfied with the state of the car. The return process was excellent. The lady even assisted us in connecting to the internet so that we could order an Uber to take us back to our hotel.

Terrible service pre pay for insurance they charge me again for something i did not ask saying that ins i pre pay doesn’t count for them. Rip off! Never again .Do Not Recommend at all.

Avoid like the plauge. They consistently take at least 2 hours to check in, they have no problem telling you "they just had 10 flights land, all behind schedule so there's a sudden rush, it's not usually this bad." They are lying though their teeth, which seems to be a motif for the company. Do not trust anything they say. Get all paperwork duplicated in your native language and above all, do not trust them to be honest. Inspect every tiny detail and take photos of even the smallest cosmetic mar.
They look for small ways to rip you off. The bumper with had a broken restraining clip so it wiggles if you pull on it but had no visible damage and needs to be pulled decently hard to see any flex. This tells me that the car was previously damaged, they cleaned it up but did not repair it. Now that they have hard to notice damage, and know where to look, I expect they tell every driver that it is new damage and keep milking it.
La voiture était cabossée sur le flanc arrière droit et rayée de partout... L interieur n était pas tres propre.
L attente au guichet beaucoup trop longue il faudrait un guichet pour les clients qui ont déjà une réservation.
