the only problem i had was waiting long time to get designated car.they explained the reason.the delay caused by one customer who didn't return the car on same time.

They took 200 TL additional and I don't know why and they do not speak English and not helpful at all it took me 2 hours to find them in the airport I'm really not happy with the experiance

Could not ever get through to an English speaking operator for the customer service numbers provided me even though it was offered on the call menu. Just infinite waits and call was never answered. Also 5 days after turn in and there is still an extra "deposit" charge still on our credit card. Was supposed to be reversed.

given me low graded car, very very rude behaviour , booked with full protection and they asked me to pay more for insurance , almost 2 hours for pick up and 1 hour for drop off which cause delay in flight.

I needed to rent a car for 20 days, but on the second day of use, the car's display indicated a lack of windshield washer fluid, so I had to buy a bottle and refill it. On the third day, the vehicle indicated maintenance was needed in 300 km. Because the display was in Turkish, it seriously affected my usage. The rental company's customer service told me that for diesel cars, it might need AD Blue or engine oil, and I should add it myself. However, they did not inform me beforehand who would cover the cost or what brand of AD Blue and engine oil to use. I found a Shell gas station and asked the staff to check, and they said the message was not for adding AD Blue. This caused a whole day of worry about using the car improperly and potentially damaging it.

The reserved car model was different from the actual car provided.

Things went fine and did not take long time. Staff are helpful and friendly. I believe that the car rental companies should explain more about types of insurance coverage (The meaning and the degree and level of coverage)..

Great staff, they give me a larger car than what I booked, the car was in perfect condition, the policy was completely clear..

In short perfect so far, waiting on my refund back. Hop3fully no hidden charges will be made.

The car is below my expectation. I came to hire Mercedres Benz CLA. they offer me Audi A3 model 2016. radiculos. I had to pick it since my credit card is already charged and I had no alternative choise.

I originally rented a Nissan Qashqai, but was given a Ford SUV instead, which had plenty of space. The service was enthusiastic, they brought the car promptly and conducted a thorough inspection of all parts. They informed us to refill the fuel and reminded us of some important points without pushing additional insurance. At drop-off, they inspected the car immediately and signed the confirmation slip in a short time.

They don’t have location in the airport They didn’t bring the car to the airport I’ve got a Taxi in order to go to their location to pickup my car They got 500 TL as deposit but they didn’t return it The drop off was terrible. Nobody was in the airport. They don’t speak English

Our experience with windy car was very disappointing. We had problems with the car, the engine alarm started shinig and we had an other one with a wheel. For these reasons we had to call the company several times to help us fix it, but more than helping us solve our situation did not do more than give us a new phone number each time. It gave the sensation they didn’t want to help, just pass the problem to another department. The first time it happened we stopped at a gas station where nobody spoke English but we got them to understand what happened and they called a mechanic. While started with calls to WindyCar. One of the Windycar operators told us that we will pay 50L to the mechanic and fill the deposit at that gas station as a sign of thanks for their help. That's what we did. The next day, when we were about 200km away, the same thing happened again. When we reached Uchisar, we called WindyCar again. We asked to change the car since it did not give us any safety to drive in those conditions. At Kayseri's office they told us that they did not have cars available, that we took them to the mechanic and paid the bill and that they would reimburse us. That's what we did. This time we pay 40L. After a few km the alarm starteed shining. A few days later, when we had 200km to get to Ephesus, the front left tire began to lose pressure. We tried to swell several times but I kept losing so we decided to change the wheel. This delayed our trip again several hours, since with the spare wheel we could not exceed 80km / h. When we arrived at our hotel we returned to call WindyCar asking for a solution. The next day we had to return the car in Izmir and we were afraid to drive in those conditions. We had to call twice to get answers which again was very unsatisfactory. The solution offered was that "we should drive more slowly". All these problems created a great insecurity on the road during our trip and we did not know what was happening... We fear because the c

Very bad service, because I tried to speak to someone while I am dropping off the car but they don't have any one speak English or Arabic.
