1-the car was exhausted with many scratches and breaks sounds. 2-I requested them to check tire pressure but they didn’t, I did It myself. 3-they didn’t show me the car scratches at pick up only they gave me the paper. 4-I felled the tank but they charged me 50 Turkish Lira. 5-they speaks very little English. 6-car requested was different. 7-lady at counter was professional but with little English.

I rented a mini car 3 Doors but the GoldCar gave me a midium or economy Car and they Charged me twice for full insurance.

Service was enthusiastic and vehicle handover was professional. The car was in excellent condition with only 4,000 km on it. Diesel engine with great power and low fuel consumption. Very satisfied.

The car was not available, I have to wait for 2 hours with my family airport . Gold car can’t provide upgrade as well due to unavailability. Had to choose from other provider which costed 3 times

The car is perfect, but sales people are not. They will try to convince you to pay extra for insurance which is not mentioned in the app, they will till you that wr will give you free diesel car if you pay more for insurance which I had the diesel anyway. Also they will deduct more by fining you 140 TR if the car is not clean, 200 TR if the tank is not full. These fines they will not mention it to you, they will give you 6 pages contract in Turkish to sign and you are in a hurry and you will not spend time to translate it so you will sign it. So my advice, read the contract carefully, fill up the tank from the airport, there is patrol pump in the entrance of parking which i didnt know about. And try to clean it before you give them the car. Maybe there are more excuses that i didnt experience with them, so becareful.

I had to make several calls to find the person when picking up the car.

The counter stuff was very good. I had to pay a little more because my car was available. The car was supposed to be full in fuel, but it was not (milage to go was 850km) When i gave back I filled it (it showed 950 km to go)

As always said that green motion perfect car rental company on the other hand that car had terrible condition. They must fix red manual renault clio 1.5 dci 90ps version. I thought they knew car. Thanks a lot to greenmotion!

Pick-up took long time because the airport was new. I wish they will improve this. Apart form that, everything was good.

Easyrentcars was a good experience. But did not like the idea of being forced to purchase full insurance by GoldCar agent when I know for sure it was optional. However, I did not have a choice but to purchase it or forfeit my prepayment to Easyrentcars.com

The pickup point is not at the airport; waited about half an hour for a shuttle to the pickup location. No one was there when returning the car; had to call and wait an hour for someone to come.

They didn't mention any car damage when returning the car, but claimed there was damage the next day and charged me for it. Is this appropriate? Full of lies, do they think Chinese people won't bother with a few hundred bucks?

Since it's a small company without a storefront, there was no queue. I received one-on-one dedicated service. The only minor issue was a discussion over currency conversion fees when paying, but everything else was satisfactory.

The car was good I was really surprised about the roads And the deposit that I deposited is not refunded yet
