The location is easy to find.

Alamo was good and provided the vehicle with booked without any hassle and all. Smoothest transaction ever.

I like how I had a wide variety to choose from an the pickup location. The whole process was customer friendly oriented.

I love booking my rental via the EasyRentCar app, I get the car type I wanted at the best price. I also love the procedrop feature.

There was a long wait for the shuttle to pick me up. And it was not quick to get the car either. Staff was good. The computer was slow and the slowed down the process of renting. There was no windshield wiper liquid! that was really problematic. The car did not have a full tank of gas either.

Worst possible operation possible. Transportation didn’t meet needs of family size. Never responded to my emails. Rude when called to talk to rep on phone. I was told owner is out of the country and can’t do anything to make it right. Was going to be given another van but was lied to about it being rented... it had a flat tire. I took a picture in case you forget. Also the upcharges were definitely a blindside considering I was told the toll pass would activate at no charge... my receipt says $50. That’s not free. Being told I could go rent somewhere else last minute is a joke. Scam of a business. I will be posting online to make future renters aware.

I had to wait for more than 30 minutes to be helped at the front counter at the pick up time. More than 20 minutes at drop off time. Need to hire more people and be more courteous when dealing with customers.

L’attente pour récupérer le véhicule fut terrible, puis, lorsque ce fut notre tour, on a commencé le processus, 5 minutes plus tard, l’agent nous a demandé de se remettre en ligne car il devait régler une autre situation avec un client qui avait attendu toute la journée! Ça a pris autour de 60 minutes pour être servi, les gens se plaignaient et etc.

What I did not like was the whole insurance thing and how I was basically forced to use your insurance when I had my own coverage. The Agent presented it to me as if I could not use mine. I have never had a problem with any other rental car company with using my own insurance. This was a first. I will not rent from them anymore

The car was right, the attention was very good in front desk

The car was very economical in terms of petrol usage- a Kia Niro Hybrid

Counter staff seemed nice but then had to go back in for her to redo it all as she hadn’t processed the card!

Wasn’t impressed we had to pay for second driver. Made a good quote expensive.

Let's be honest, there was a wait due to the people ahead of me not understanding the process or English. I'm a returning customer and the counter representative and I got through the process quickly.

I am a regular customer of alamo, it would be nice if they can offer a car of your preference, My previous car was a Kia optima , I did not enjoy the drive. I prefer to drive any american or european cars.

Right cars was only interested in selling expensive add ons, would not except insurance info, or cancel and refund monies already paid. Worst experience by far in rental car service
