Car hadn't been cleaned inside, but we were in a rush with 2 kids desperate for bed so had to take it. Be careful with Budget's charges after return - twice they have tried to charge for fuel and after back-and-forth showing receipts they refund it.
They never had our vehicle. The only one they had was damaged down the drivers side with a damaged mirror. Saying this, it took them over half an hour to find the key for this vehicle.

When we arrived there, were no cars available similar to what we had reserved. We were thinking we´d need to upgrade and pay the difference. This was frustrating. Somehow at the end, a customer who had come ahead of us was unable to rent their car and we were able to take that one. Staff was kind and professional the whole way.

When we were having trouble finding a car, the rep was very helpful in working through solutions. Mentioned they would research and call back and they did promptly. I was very glad for their assistance.
the counter staff was not helpful, when i have asked the guy what car is avilable, he was saying not sure what car i get, i have even said that i ll upgrade and he was not showing any interest to provide proper customer service. th atitute is wrong
Airline problems, caused an inventory issue. Had to wait over an hour for a car. Grabbed a bit to eat, only one place on road/ground side . CLT is never going to be complete.
Finally got a vehicle, happy with anything. Exchanged it 24 hours later! Dirty interior windshield, rear seat belt fault, then tire leak.
Return to airport, and painless exchange, just an extra 2 hours lost. Wound up with a KIA Soul for 60 days, never was stolen.
The overall service was quite average. There was a long line for picking up the car, but the staff couldn't process it quickly. After reaching the pickup point, I waited for more than half an hour. Finally got the car, drove to the hotel, and the next day brought three suitcases to the nearby exhibition center. As shown in the photo, the car stalled in the middle of the road on the only main lane. There was no emergency triangle. I had to manually direct traffic for an hour and a half. Called for repairs, local staff confirmed the location which took half an hour as they were not familiar with the process. After losing my temper, they finally added me on WeChat. Even after half an hour, there was no response. I had to arrange the repair myself. They called back midway, providing repair service in English late at night. After approximately one hour, the repair team finally arrived. They jump-started the car with a battery, but the engine fault warning appeared. I immediately drove the car back to return it. The reception staff assured me they wouldn't hold me responsible. I sarcastically thanked them. Despite returning the car early, they still charged the full amount. No apology was given. It was a truly miserable experience.
Everything else was satisfactory, but I encountered a big problem when picking up the car. I arrived at midnight, and it took two extra hours because they couldn't find the records of my booking with the rental company. Information didn't match up, so I had to pay again. It took a month to get a refund.
