Almost a brand-new car with just 100 miles. Clean and easy to drive. Service isn't the best but acceptable.

Overall satisfied, but the efficiency of the car pick-up process needs improvement. Also, the Dollar staff recommended some additional insurance, which I didn't quite understand, but agreed to it.

Pretty good

This was my first time renting a car in the USA. It seems like other companies might be similar, but I felt the service was very considerate and the staff had a great attitude.

This was my second time renting a car in the US through Zuzuche. The first time on the West Coast was great; we had ten or more cars to choose from, and they were all quite new. This time, we rented a standard SUV because we wanted a Grand Cherokee. In the US, you can't reserve a specific model in advance; you pick from what's available when you get there. When we arrived at Alamo, there were three identical Chevrolets, one Mazda 8, and one Grand Cherokee. They wouldn't allow us to choose the Grand Cherokee, claiming it wasn't an option. This was very frustrating. If I had known, I wouldn't have paid extra for a standard SUV. We ended up with a Chevrolet. Overall, the selection at Alamo was limited, the staff was rude, and the vehicles were poorly maintained. We rented for 21 days, and after driving just over 1000 miles, the car indicated it needed an oil change, causing us unnecessary stress.

Renting and returning the car was very easy. We encountered a major snowstorm in the eastern U.S. and drove over 3000 kilometers, so the car was quite dirty. We wanted to wash it but couldn't find a place. Returned it as is, and it only took two minutes. The rental company didn't say anything about it. However, they did charge us a few hundred dollars extra for insurance and road assistance. Honestly, it might be our fault for not understanding English well enough; we were in a hurry to pick up the car and agreed to it.
