El carro estaba sucio de pelos de perro y le faltaban las molduras laterales. Tenia varios leves scratches alrededor

Thriftyのデスクはなく、Dollarが担当した。すごい人が並んでいて1時間以上待った。出張だから経費で落ちたけど、事前にFullで保険に入っていたのにさらに保険に入らされた。車はほぼ新車でキレイで性能もよく、快適なドライブができました。

Everything perfect with hertz except that I paid a full deposit and they gave me only half, after contacting customer service they have returned the amount. Very happy with the rental.

I use Avis in Europe but the car picked up in Dallas was in poor condition - holes in seats, many scratches & small dents, scuffed alloys etc. I won’t be selecting them again in the US. In fairness the pick-up and drop off process was smooth and the staff obliging.

Easy to use and the WhatsApp chat process was excellent.

The queue was extremely long, by far the longest among all the rental companies there. The female attendant's attitude was acceptable, but there was something suspicious behind her smile. It wasn't just about hard-selling add-ons anymore; they directly added them to the contract. Even if you insisted you didn't need them, she'd still add them. So, remember to check the contract carefully, review the charges, and don't rush to confirm and sign! I trusted too easily and got scammed over a hundred dollars, but thankfully, the rental platform helped me get back half of it.

The reserved car was unavailable, so they gave us another car.

He rentado varias veces con esta página QEEQ y nunca he tenido problemas con la misma. Viajo pocas veces al año, pero siempre trato de que sea simple rentar un auto. Agradezco la buena resolución a mis búsquedas y precios convenientes. Por lo tanto recomiendo el uso de la misma.

Terrible counter staff, Took them an hour to deliver, ended up paying about $150 more than the rate at qeeq.com

Budget should accept multiple modes of payment (cash, debit cards, online banking, etc.)and should not rely on credit card payment only. Because not every customer has a credit card and some has the ability to pay in CASH!!

There is additional charges when you go to the car rental. Almost half the price.
