Like: Upgraded at no charge to much better vehicle.

Dislike: Shuttle bus took so long to pick me up

Like: the rate I got was a great rate!
Dislike: I had picked up my car at around 1030pm and the lights in the parking lot where my car was parked were out making my pick up very dark. I had to use my phone for light to look over the car and was not happy about that.

Like: How well your customer service handled the entire transaction from start to finish with a smile! Great Customer Service!
Dislike: Waiting so long

Like: Employees extremely helpful
Dislike: Waited 2 hrs to obtain service another 1/2hr to obtain the vehicle

Like: The value proposition, the extremely efficient yet engaging salesman, the friendly return agent.
Dislike: Branding/Naming convention inconsistencies across the website & airport signage

Like: Excellent customer service and the staff worked fast to get to my vehicle. I would give Alamo a thumb up.

Like: Price was good, car was clean
Dislike: Car had nearly 50K miles and it felt beaten up. But it survived the mountains in CO so it's alright

Like: Good mileage.
Dislike: Vehicle seemed to have some steering issues. Especially bad handling when going through small dents in the road on the freeway at highway speed. Also there was a big bulls eye in the windshield that looked like an attempt to fix it had been made. Didn't notice it until I drove off the site and immediately went back in to have it noted on my damage sheet. I wondered if I hadn't caught it would I have been charged with the damage? Also I will never rent a car in Colorado ever again due to the crappy new law that requires compensation to the rental company for each day the vehicle may be off the road if it needs repairs. One more step toward Californication of a once great state.

Like: Was given a wonderful brand new hybrid upgrade that saved me lots of money on gas and served my needs better. Kind and helpful staff.
Dislike: The line was long at pickup... Seating for folks (elderly, parents with little kids, etc. needed)...

Like: Costs, promptness
Dislike: All of the rental cars in the fleet (Intermediate) were pretty badly scratched up and dinged but there was no inspection of the car before we left. We had to point that out to the security person at the gate before we went the lot, to make sure that we wouldn't be blamed later.

The service was rude and they pressured us to upgrade our car with unclear charges.

Like: We reserve a small car. They gave a suburban truck which is so huge. Eats up a lot of gas but on the second thought, we liked it because we ended up taking cadets with us in Colorado springs. We also like the shuttle bus driver which is a lady who took us where we suppose to have our reservations.
Dislike: We had a hard time finding where is easy rent a car place. We went first to enterprise. They told us our reservations is not there. I have to search my email and went thru websites, gladly find that are reservations are into advantage..

Like: The sales rep was awesome, friendly, patient, explained things in detail...
Dislike: N/A

Like: Upgraded car. Liked the car. Good overall price compared to others.
Dislike: Charged us for toll monitor even though we didn't use it. Our sales guy didn't want to take it out, so he told us there would be no charge if we didn't use it.

Like: I liked the friendliness and the service.
Dislike: The first car I was given had low tire pressure so I had to go back inside to get a different car. The second car I was given and left with still had some trash in it from the previous renter! Not a big deal, I just thought that the cars were supposed to be cleaned out between reservations.

Dislike: Be clearer with the sign up, did not know rate I signed up for was for foreign travelers. Did not say that anywhere. My staff member had to readjust my rental

Like: The car was great
Dislike: It took over an hour of standing in line to pickup the car and I would have gone elsewhere if I had not already paid for it.

Like: Fast and efficient. Good price
Dislike: Building could get a make-up job.
