Picking up the car was very convenient. There were some hiccups due to personal reasons, my friend's husband was the designated driver, so I couldn't use my credit card for the pre-authorization; it had to be in the name of the designated driver. Be sure to keep this in mind! Returning the car was easy, just park and go.
Like: Nice friendly service at the counter. The car was excellent - large enough for all our ski gear - and there was a lot of it!!! Dislike: Nothing - all great
The price was very cheap and the car was in excellent condition, with only 6000 miles driven. The high-end model included a navigation system, which was great for long trips!

The store staff weren't friendly. At other locations, employees would accompany you to pick up the car, but here they just pointed. We had to come back to ask about the car model.
