Like: Fast and efficient getting on the road!! Dislike: Having to arrive back with the car by 10 am to avoid another day of charges even though our flight didn’t leave til 3pm so no leaning to way fee til noon made for a very long day at the airport!!!

Like: We had never heard of easyrentcars.com. We will definitely use them again. All went smoothly and the folks at Hertz were quick to service and very friendly!!
Like: Shuttle picked me up right outside baggage claim, pickup took about 15 minutes after shuttle arrived at the Alamo lot. Car was clean, 12,000 miles on odometer. Dislike: I paid extra for the vehicle to be a Jeep Grand Cherokee. They only had Jeep Wrangler’s left, but instead of giving me a Wrangler, the salesman insisted I pay even more for it. I ended up with a Santa Fe. Not even close! No floor mats even after asking. They also charge $4/gal for gas.
