Car had previous renters tickets in the centre console which wasn't great. Otherwise a clean and great car.

There was nothing wrong with the car, however the experience wasn't a great one. There was only 1 (one) agent to check us in and it took us over one hour before we finally received our car. This is not the first time that this happened to me and I do not see any improvement on their end. It is a cheap car rental and the service shows that.

Car was great. Staff was mediocre

Even though we arrived late at night, and there were not many customers there, we had to wait in line and then at the desk for over an hour. The service was extremely slow, and not explanation was ever given for why it took so long. I would hate think what the experience would have been if it had been crowded. Also, we were surprised -- not in a good way -- that we were given a diesel car. Diesel is more expensive and not available at every gas station. This should be noted as a possibility in the rental process, just like manual transmission or any other unusual feature.

Speedier check in process would have been helpful. More employees providing directions to locate vehicles would have been helpful.

Our pickup location in Phoenix was low on vehicles so we had an extended wait time (over 30 minutes) and ended up receiving a free upgrade to a premium model 4-door sedan and a discount voucher for a future rental. Staff was apologetic and very friendly. Our drop-off in Salt Lake City was a breeze -- staff took our key and we were on our way in under a minute. Great experience. We will rent from Dollar again.

The car was amazing. They gave us a choice of many different cars and we were able to choose one that was much nicer than what we expected. Everything went really well.

There was an error with the trunk - kept automatically closing. When I informed them at drop off they said it was a common reported error.

The Avis staff at Phoenix pickup fraudulently tried to charge me for breakdown cover in the full knowledge that it was covered by package. I only managed to get it refunded by having an argument with the manager at the return location.

NO too old no extra features on vehicle and had only one key and took forever to pick up, over an hour what a joke I could of gotten in and out with other rental companies very unhappy also your customer services is a joke was on hold forever

Joey was great! He gave me my favorite car. It made my vacation ever more enjoyable!

the only complaint was a very poor job of cleaning the windows, I picked the car up late at night the car was very clean but when I hit the freeway with oncoming lights I couldn't see I had to pull over and wipe the windshield inside and out with a shirt

Extremely easy to book.

Fox gave us a car with 35,000 miles on the original tires. After driving many miles, we discovered a large bubble on a tire sidewall. the bubble makes the tire likely to blow out soon, unsafe to drive. Fox sent us to a tire shop but wouldn’t pay for the new tire. So we bought the new tire.

Staff at counter was so nice and I was able to start nice trip.

I didn’t get any discount protector this time but nice system to have that. Hope I get discount next time.
