Very happy with the vehicle. Staff were helpful and accommodating. However, we did have a few issues:
1. We were kept waiting a long time for our vehicle, even whilst other customers who came to pick up their vehicle after us were given theirs.
2. Despite insisting on a 4x4 and having been assured, both pre and post rental, that we would be supplied a 4x4, we were almost not given one. Had I not insisted at the time of pickup, our vehicle would have been given to another customer. (It was the last vehicle but one and I heard customer services offer it to another customer before I pointed out to them that I had insisted on a 4x4 and that had been agreed).
3. The QEEQ deal included a free tank of fuel. This caused issues both at pick up and drop off. When I raised it with them, staff at pickup did not appear to be aware of this and did not know how to mark it on the reservation . Staff at drop off therefore initially tried to charge me a tank of fuel, which caused a delay on drop off.

La prise en charge au Complexe Desjardins, à Montréal, est toujours agréable. Service attentionné. J'ai obtenu un surclassement de véhicule et on m'a permis de le remettre à l'aéroport, ce qui m'était très commode.

Je dirais que le processus était clair.
Le "Price Drop Protector" n'a pas fonctionné, mais on m'a envoyé un avis pour me le confirmer.
Je trouve que QUEQ envoie trop de messages par courriel et qu'il y a trop d'offres complexes supplémentaires.
Got an upgrade on my car because I'm a Gold Plus member which is good.
The service was easy and great.
But they've charged one extra day of me and I needed to call they to undo that, so this made the experience not to be 100%
They did not have the car on site at the pickup time and told me I would need to wait an hour. This is a common thing for them, according to reviews. They have me the wrong car, a tiny little car, instead of what I booked. They wanted me to sign the 'no visible damage' report without seeing the car, which I refused - which was good because it did have visible damage. There was garbage inside the car under the seat. They would not accept my visa card as payment for the deposit. They did not honor the zero dollar deductible I already paid for with my voucher and instead made it $300. In total, a terrible rental experience.
Horrible customer service. For one, the guy at the pick up didn't seem very motivated. He did not offer additional insurance, or rather he gave more information about it reluctantly. He seemed stressed, like he didn't really have time, and he got more stressed when I asked additional questions. For two, when I had an accident and couldn't return the car, it took 2.5 hours!!! on the phone to clarify things. Had to recall several times and each time got a different information than in the call before let alone the person didn't seem to know what was talked about in the last call. Also, the company said they would call back, which they never did. I had to find out myself bothering other people that things had to be taken care of.

As a large North American rental car company, the service staff's proficiency was lacking. There were only two people at the front desk, which led to long queues for picking up cars. My appointment to pick up the car was at 10 a.m., and I started queuing at 9:40 a.m. At 10:15 a.m., I was told that the car I had reserved was not available and I could either cancel and go to another rental company or wait. I chose to wait, although there was no guarantee of when the car would be ready—possibly 11 a.m. or even longer. I wanted to ask the service staff why such a situation occurred and whether this was Avis's standard of service, but to avoid further complications, I opted to wait. I received the car at 11 a.m., an hour later than planned. Instead of the reserved GMC Yukon, I got a Tahoe, and the service staff did not inform me in advance. Despite my frustration, I set off. As a result, I hit peak holiday traffic and was stuck in long jams, which left me feeling quite annoyed. I reached my destination late at night with a completely different impression of Avis.
Très bonne accueil. Je suis arrivée très en avance. Le loueur a tout fait pour que je puisse récupérer mon véhicule avant l'heure prévu. On m'a même proposé un véhicule d'une catégorie bien supérieur mais en étant toute seule j'ai préféré la laisser à d'autres personnes qui étaient 2.
On m'a donné une essence au lieu d'une voiture électrique car moins évident pour moi à gérer la voiture électrique donc je suis très satisfaite.
Le loueur m'a aussi conseillé sur l'importance de prendre une assurance tout risque sachant que je prenais le véhicule pour au moins 15 jours et que je faisais un road trip. Au moins j'étais rassurée tout au long de ma location.
Mais à aucun moment il ne m'a forcé à la prendre. Il m'a juste donné les avantages et les risques et la décision me revenait.

Très facile à utiliser le site pour la réservation et le fait de pouvoir annuler jusqu'à la dernière minute est un vrai luxe. J'ai réglé sur place. Très bien.
Excellent service of staff at the pick up office. Everything was explained and entire process went smooth. Helpful staff in garage. Car was new, clean and had many comfort features. Btw. Avis is very well known company almost all over the world.

Initially I was distrustful of QEEQ as this is not very popular booking agent in Europe. Especially I was booking car in Canada. However, evrything was fine, absolutelly no issue. Definitelly, I can recommend them.
