Réservation d'une boîte auto et il on donner une boîte manuel, très déçu car sous classé

Pas pu faire le plein au retour, la station de l'aéroport ne disposant plus que du diesel ... j'avais une voiture essence Retourner sur l'autoroute pour une autre station m'aurait fait rater mon avion Compréhension de la personne à l’accueil, j'espère recevoir un décompte honnête !!!!

Ordered Peugeot Van or similar, but was given a Seat Arona at pickup, asked to swap as needed a bigger boot size, so car was swapped to Toyota Verso which had a much bigger boot. Car was damaged on 2 panels, but that was not an issue. Less than £300 held on my card whilst renting. Had my own 3rd party excess insurance which was fine. Have used Europcar in the past multiple times and never had a problem. Would use again without hesitation.

The car was in good condition and generally there are no extremely unattractive models. Numerous service points and quick pickup.

Dislike: Very easy drop off. Met by staff and keys taken. Very efficient.

The rental company was easy to find, sharing a location with Avis

Ford 9-seater has plenty of room for 8 adults and ski gear. Easy to drive even on alpine roads.

Like: The person who we picked the car up from was very helpful and spoke English. The car was perfect.

Reception staff were pushy

There was hardly any queue when picking up the car. The customer service was great, and both pickup and drop-off were very convenient.

The staff was not attentive enough, and I was not satisfied with the replacement vehicle when the same type was unavailable.

We did a self-service car exchange and purchased QEEQ's full insurance. After returning, we handed the keys to the front desk, and everything was okay. Super convenient.

They arbitrarily use a high exchange rate for USD transactions and have repeated charges without resolving them. They gave us a 5-seater instead of a 7-seater. I'm not sure if there's a worse rental company.

I found that the Toyota Aygo lacked stability on the road in comparison with a Fiat 500.

Both the receptionists and the parking lot staff were extremely helpful and responsible.

Pretty good

The car was perfect. we were glad we got the same car we booked not a similar one. Europcar should quote the final price including the international one way fee, because we checked the price many time while mentioning the pick up and drop off location, but only when it was time for booking and confirming the rental, a notification windows appeared stating that the price was doubled because of the international one way fee. Thank you

Like: All very quick and easy.
Dislike: The deposit money still hasn't been released on my card a week later despite them saying it would be as soon as I returned. Also, would have liked to inspect vehicle with staff before signing.

Car was perfect for our needs. Great customer service.
