The return location was not clearly marked, and there was no obvious signage at the drop-off point. The keys were handed over to the local train station staff. There was an error in calculating the rental period which resulted in an extra day's charge.

The staff in the airport gave a car full of scratches that did not appear in the location contract.
Very unhelpful attitude sometimes close to rude.
Had to ask for a new car and spent around one hour
No one there to check car after rental.
Ended up wandering around trying to find someone to tell us what to do with booklet & keys.
An email or text telling us what to do would have been good.
I don't like the "we recommend these and that extra insurance". I know that you have to do that and you generate some extra revenue with that, but I know that for every customer these talks are just a pain in the a...
The car was nice, however the staff forget to tell which fuel type for the car( petrol/diesel), and whenever i called the rental no one answering, i called the 24 europcar also they didnot able to tell what fuel type for the car.
After returning the europcar charge 85 euro extra to CC, but didnot send reciept detailing the charge.

Terrible experience. This company overcharges. They only confirmed the return of the car two days after I returned it, charging me an extra two days of rental. I uploaded my flight ticket showing I left the country on the afternoon of the return day, proving I returned the car and then took a taxi to the airport. However, they replied that the ticket only proves I left that afternoon and not the exact time of the return. Therefore, they charged an extra day because it was after 12pm. Extremely slow problem resolution; I argued with them for three months with no results!
