There were not many people in line, but it was still really slow, and they kept trying to upsell more expensive cars and insurance. When they realized I wasn't interested, they stopped explaining the important details. They only answered questions when asked and not very clearly.

Because the Golf model I reserved was unavailable, they upgraded me to a Golf 7. No need to queue.

Good but directions to the car were not good , and the car was Swiss not Belgium car

Atención rápida en Inglés. Lo único malo fue que esperabamos exactamente el mismo carro que habiamos alquilado pero vino otro de la misma categoría aún no que considere inferior.
