I chose a pickup location near the Old Town Square, but the actual location was far away and had nothing to do with the square. It would be better not to offer this option. I had to buy insurance at the store, and the cost was almost the same as the rental fee!
The car we got seemed to be brand new and it was nice.
I rented a GPS from the store for 8 euros per day, but it had no signal when turned on. The reception said it would work outdoors without issue. However, it didn't work outdoors either. I drove a bit but still no signal, so I had to go back to exchange it. Everything else was fine.
The location is fairly easy to find. If you come out of T1 at Prague Airport, it's the building directly opposite the main entrance. I booked a Golf but got a Yeti instead. The car was very new and overall pretty good. Due to driving to Austria and Hungary, they charged me a 42-euro border-crossing fee. This fee is my only concern as my friends who have previously driven in Europe never mentioned such a charge. I'm also wondering if this fee would apply if you didn't indicate your intention to drive to other countries when renting the car.
This is probably a local rental company in the Czech Republic, not very large but relatively well-managed. Both pick-up and return processes were smooth.
The store mistakenly noted the wrong pickup location, which made us wait an extra hour without any apology or explanation. Not a good impression. However, the car rental service was quite efficient. Thumbs up.
The staff's attitude was quite rigid. The car rental company is actually located in the same building as other companies. Due to a delayed flight, I arrived just as they were about to close. I called to ask if I could still pick up the car, and they said yes, but didn't mention any extra charges if I arrived after closing time, nor did they suggest that it might be better to come the next day during regular hours. I finally found the rental counter, but it was two minutes past closing and they charged me an extra 36 euros.
We wasted nearly an hour returning the car at the German airport, almost causing us to miss our flight. Other rental companies were very friendly; you could just leave the car and go. However, one staff member from this company ignored us, saying the car came from the Czech Republic and he wasn't responsible. We asked him who to approach, and he kept saying it wasn't his problem with a very bad attitude. We had to queue at the front desk, and they told us to park the car in the parking lot and inform a staff member. We mentioned that no one paid attention to us. Finally, another rental company staff helped us resolve the issue.

Excellent service! The location is right across from the Arrival Hall at Prague Airport in Parking Lot C, about 80 meters away. The rental agency is the first one on the left as you enter. I had prepaid in full, and they didn't try to sell any additional insurance. I mentioned I was going to Austria and Hungary, so they said they need to deduct around 30 Euros from the deposit. They gave me a new car. The parking is inside the parking building. Possibly because it was early morning and not many people around, the staff took me to the car slot and informed me of its location. When returning the car, there are two entrances to Lot C for different rental companies, each marked clearly. Dollar is accessed from the right side. Just drive up, the automatic doors will open, and the staff inside will assist you. They inspected the car's exterior and fuel gauge, had me sign, and I was done in 2 minutes. Highly recommended!
The trip started off well, and the rental company gave us a free upgrade. But after returning home on May 2nd, they inexplicably charged 3100 kroner to our credit card on June 21st, which we had left on file when renting the car. They still haven't provided a reason for the charge, very unsatisfactory!
The store is located in the center of Prague and is easy to find with the address. The customer service is easy to communicate with, and both pickup and return are very quick.
