This company is excellent. They did not push any additional sales during pickup. There were clear images and text showing the various insurance options and upgrade prices. Returning the car was very quick, taking only 5 minutes.

Al momento de la recogida todo medianamente bien pero nos hacen pagar un seguro (porque sino, no nos dan el coche aún llevando contratado otro seguro con antelación) y este seguro no te cubre nada!. A la hora de la devolución El personal fue lo peor, hacían por no entendernos, con el idioma, se reían de nosotros incluso con burlas. Nos han estafado y además nos amenazaron con no llevarnos al aeropuerto y casi perdemos el vuelo.

Terrible service at car pick-up, ignorant personel, very rude and unprofessional. Had to wait for manager to come and finish the procedure. At the end we received extremely dirty and old car - over 130k km.

The car we got was a bit battered on the outside, but it didn't bother us since it consumed next to nothing (which is a big bonus with Iceland price for petrol) and even though it looked small on the outside (Toyota Yaris), we could easily fit in 3 people with all camping gear. Pick up was easy, so was the drop off. I took pictures of all the bruises our car had and was a bit worried they might blame me for some of them even if they were not my fault (bad Trustpilot reviews), but they did not complicate at all.

We saved some money with price alert, thank you for that!

一部のサイトでは空港受け取りとなっているが、実際には送迎シャトルで移動する必要がある(ただしとても近い)。シャトルにはGlobal Rent a Carの表示があるが、降りるとどこにも看板がなく、atakだか他の会社が代行している様子。一応建物の自動ドアにはA4の紙でGlobalRentaCarのロゴが貼ってある

Very helpful counter staff, but the car I ordered was not available. Was offered an acceptable alternative.

The price was much more expensive than before.

When we received the car, it had only a quarter of the fuel tank filled and it was pretty dirty on the outside. When we came to drop off the car, there was no one in the office for about 10 minutes.

Company took money- but didn’t end up having the car and actually said there is not one on the whole island- took two hours of calling around finally found an old very larg diesel truck like vehicle had over 205k miles no a/c no gps.

Our car wasn’t available so we waited 2 hours for a car. When we dropped it off at the end of the trip, it took so long that I missed my flight home and was stuck in Iceland an extra night.

It wasn't obvious where the car hire depots were - the symbol in the airport was a car with a key above and we were not sure we were following the correct signs. The girl at desk was not happy that I didn't take any additional insurance policy. I chose a policy on the website that I thought covered everything I might encounter but she advised it didn't cover for natural disasters. I chose not to pay for this as the areas she indicated there might be a problem I wasn't going to visit.

We had to queue quite sometime and we cannot pay in Euro, need to change to Icelandic note to pay. Why we have to buy again for insurance where else I already booked online. Other than that all are fine.

I don't think we have price drop, might pay a bit higher than I expect.

They are a scam. Aweful service. Would not acknowledge my existing credit card insurance. Forced me to pay more money to get the car. Then upon return charged my credit card for damage that was pre existing. Will never rent through this service again.

Green Motion is committing serious fraud against tourists. I would like to recommend you remove them from your listings. I was a victim and would be happy to share my story. Discount rental found on your site that it less expensive than many brand name rental companies. Pickup a car that is much worse shapre than typical for rental car companies (not a big deal since you are paying a discount rate). Do the walkaround and notice dings and chips. Drive away. Return car. New "dents" and "chips" are found - they are often inperceptible to the human eye unless you stand at just the right angle. Since no one does such a detailed inspection beforehand, it is impossible to know if they were already present among the constellation of dings and dents that were on the car to start with. Green Motion proceeds to claim damages and requires a credit card charge or they won't return you to the airport. They require a huge amount of money for the miniscule damages. In my case, they charged me 290,000 Kr. for two "dents" that were only visible from a particular angle and each were at most 2 mms long and 1 mm in depth. That is close to $2500. The whole car is barely worth that much. Since all the cars are in rough shape, it's a safe assumption that the car is never actually repaired and the company simply pockets the money. It is an absolute scam. The behavior is criminal.

We had to wait when picking up the car because there were a lot of people. Kia isn‘t my favourite car. Big choice of child seats. I liked the video documentation of the car‘s state.

But the right rear tire sensor was found malfunctiin and spare tire was bursted was not awared. Flattened tire in 2 times and required towing and replacement of one new tire. Fortunately, after negotiation with Procar , they agreed to took full responsibility, and return ine day rental fee.

The waiting time to pick up the car was a bit long.

Not clear how much i'm going to get charge

The rental office is far away, instead of taking an airport shuttle bus, a driver picked us up, and the instructions were unclear.
