The car I had was absolutely terrible, it had 275k kilometres on it and was in a very poor condition. The brakes were extremely poor and the lights were a safety hazard. Things kept falling off in the car and I got the check engine light twice where the car would lose power. The car was a safety hazard and I would never book through this company again. Very rude staff who was inspecting the car upon handover, the person I was dealing with mainly was fine, but the person inspecting the car didn't have the decency to speak. I was looking forward to driving a safe Mercedes and what I got instead was an old beaten up dented vehicle which kept me stressed throughout the entire trip about when a new error might come up. Don't always go for a lesser known company just because it's cheaper.

You need to have suppliers who maintain a standard on their vehicles, this car was a safety hazard and not worthy of being driven on the roads.

The car had a lot of damage. The bumper and grill had holes in it and it was covered in bird poo

The pick up was smooth. Customer service once on phone was sketchy due to language barrier as they dint speak english. Drop was weird as my wife had to go inside and call the person. The person was trying to get money from me for cleaning the car which is unheard of.

We've booked Suzuki Swift and received brand new Suzuki Vitara - nice upgrade. What did dissapoint us - Kutaisi is a small airport and probably due to that permanently there is nobody in the office of Enterprise/National car rental. We even agreed via sms, precise time of drop off the car - but nobody came and finally after few calls we left keys on a desk in empty office.

Excellent and efficient service. Communication and everything were just perfect. Nice and friendly staff ! Cannot expect more. Highly recommended

Good service attitude

The car had over 200,000 kilometers, full of scratches. The tire pressure warning was on when I picked up the car; the staff said it was not an issue, but the left rear tire was flat the next day. There was a pump in the trunk, and I had to inflate the tire daily.

The service is satisfactory.

It was a nightmare to get such an old damaged car. The car was soo old. It did not have any pick up. We went to mountain area and the car stopped working. We had got stranded for 12 hours with kids in car. When I informed the supplier. They took Over 14 hours to send me any help. As it was snowfall. We had life torture and spent over 600 euro to stay night and tech to any point of help. I NEED A FULL REFUND AND COMPENSATION. ELSE I WILL HAVE YO FILE AN OFFICIAL SUIT FOR CHEATING AND GIVING ME UNSAFE CAR TO DRIVE WITHOUT ANY CHECKS.

I clearly rented a Volvo S60, but they gave me a Mazda 5 and insisted that the Mazda 5 is more luxurious. They must think I haven't seen cars before. Being away from home, I had no choice but to endure it.

Having rented cars in 64 countries, this was the worst experience ever. I rented four cars from this company, and two of them were downgraded. A large MPV was replaced with a Toyota Prado, and they argued it is still a 7-seater like the MPV we booked! The worst part was, despite purchasing full insurance at the rental company when we picked up the car, when returning it, the Prado had a scratch less than a centimeter long, and the company claimed that we didn’t report it to the police or the insurance company, so the insurance was invalid, and we were forced to pay 1050 Lari (approximately 3000 RMB). This was the first time I heard that you need to report even without an accident. This company is just a Europcar franchise, full of tricks and lies. Their reviews on Google are all negative, which you can check yourself. If you plan to rent a car in Georgia, avoid this company to prevent any trouble; otherwise, you're likely to get caught in their schemes.

As always, I booked an S90 but ended up with a Camry. Paid for a one-way rental but had extra time, so I switched the car at the store, saving the trip to the airport. Didn't get any refund though. As always, cleaned the car a bit before returning it, but still got charged a cleaning fee even though it was in a similar condition as when I picked it up. As always...

I really appreciate the help and very good service that Mr. George gave to us. He reply immediately when we have question and he is very polite. I highly recommend to rent a car with Surprice Rent A Car, car and service are very good.

Overall service was great

There is no Hertz counter in the Rent-a-Car area of airport terminal, but the Hertz representative was waiting for us. The flight was delayed for more than 1 hour and the guy was not so happy about that, but no charges were imposed,

Did not get the reserved car model

1. There is no physical store; you need to provide your flight information in advance. The rental company staff will wait for you at the airport and take you to the parking lot to pick up the car. The entire process happens outdoors at the parking lot. 2. The car's exterior was fine, but on the second day, a major issue emerged: the car wouldn't start. Communication with the rental company was only through WhatsApp, and they guided you to fix the car via video. The vehicle's problem appeared to be historical, with a deformed screw causing an electrical failure. For the rest of the trip, it felt like repairing the car daily.

They charged an extra 60 lari when picking up the car and haven't provided an explanation yet.
