Great value for money so can’t complain that the engine of the vehicle was pretty slow on any sizeab

If you don't purchase the car company's insurance, you'll have to pay up to 2500 NZD for any accidents, and further processing is very slow. The car rental service only responds by telling you they've urged again. The experience was not great. I recommend skipping the car rental service's insurance and directly buying the car company's insurance.

The store staff had a bad attitude

Like: got up graded with car ,just made the whole week a much more enjoyable week
Dislike: Im more than happy to recomend your company

Like: The staff was friendly and the vehicle was clean
Dislike: No gas stations near the shop

Like: Car was good size and clean.
Dislike: I mentionned the front tyre was deflated at time of pick up. The person told us to inflate it at a petrol station. It appeared there was a small puncture as after 2 days, the tyre was deflated again. Would have been bettter and less risky to repair or replace it when I flagged it.
