Dislike: The process to get the car at Auckland Airport is horrendous. We'd never done it this way before and the service desk for all offsite hire car companies is disorganised and chaotic. One of the two telephones at the service desk goes straight to voicemail and so without a local mobile it's impossible to know how to pick up the car or get to the lot if you've never done it before. We wasted about an hour trying to figure it out. But once we had been picked up by Aerodrive our experience was great from there on.
Like: I was very happy with the car, the service and the staff. I would recommend this company and I will use them agai n in a few months.
