We didn't check thoroughly at the start. After four to five days of driving, the weather got hot, and we found the air conditioning wasn't working. After reporting to customer service, their staff gave us a replacement vehicle (which took a six-hour round trip). Really appreciated their effort! Great service! Thank you!

If you had some signage for your pick-up vehicle, very difficult to know who or what was picking us up.

The staff were lovely at Aucar, they were super helpful and polite. I pre arranged for a certain type of car to fit everything in. Both vehicles requested were there all ready for us. We did have a sheriff question us about some outstanding warrants on the vehicle but nothing came of it, and the car wasn’t seized thankfully. Both cars tyres hardly had any tread on them and one tyre constantly lost air. We filled it each day.

location a bit far from airport but provide pickup and drop off. stuff was helpful and friendly. when pick up car have a minor issue, on the spot solve it. good. overall good to excellence.

fully refund 24 hours before pick up time it's really good service for us. very flexible.

The pick up lady was very rude, we also heard her on the phone being extremly rude to a lady that called so it wasnt just is she didnt like. You jist sensed she doesnt like australians or doesnt like people. That really put us off.
