Car was a little old and not completely clean but generally in acceptable condition.

The car was a different model they gave. Not happy with their service. Pick up location little far from airport.

Vehicle only quarter full at pick up. Vehicle blowing massive amount of smoke on acceleration and following vehicle stopped us to inform us. Informed desk on return and either didn't understand or disinterested.

Quick and efficient

Like: The car close to brand new
Dislike: The car hirer can tell us upfront that there were non tolls road so that customers do not need to incur extra for the tolls

Like: The car itself was OK; picking-up the car was not OK due to incorrect information provided by Easyrentcars.
Dislike: The information about pick-up and drop-off provided by Easyrentcars was not correct. It was difficult to understand over the phone correct information when you are in the airport with all announcements, crying children etc. Had to phone three times to get all needed information.
