The lady that picked up from the airport was very rude. The drop off guy was nice though.

Not punctual. They said they would pick us up in ten minutes, but we waited for 45 minutes. The staff had no apology. The car was not refueled when we got it, and they refused to refund the extra fuel we added when returning it, claiming we didn't keep the receipt. Shouldn't they take photos if they refueled before renting it out? Different staff gave conflicting information about the car return. Strange, where did the good reviews come from?

Because the order didn't show up on the car rental website, the rental company didn't remind us to cancel. After communicating, they only refunded one day's fee. The appeal process was not effective. Although it's not much money, the experience was not good. Hope it can be improved!

Aucar's airport location is very small, and the insurance deductible is very high. The staff are not familiar with their own vehicles. After we took the car, they asked us to return for a re-check. I would not choose this company again.

Thanks for everything. Car had a few scratches. Tank wasn’t full but it was ok for me to return as I picked it up. 3/4 full. Overall great experience thank you. Will rent from you again.
