Because I didn't accept the insurance upsell from the staff, I was treated extremely poorly. First, they intentionally delayed by saying to wait and then attending to other things. Ten minutes later, they claimed there were no cars available. I said, 'Didn't you reserve one for me?' and then they started ignoring me. After a complaint and more than 50 minutes, I finally got a car I didn't want, in poor condition. The last row of seats couldn't move or fold, the exterior was scratched in many places, and there were three noticeable dents. When I pointed these out during the inspection, the staff simply said they didn't have time to check it. They didn't even say 'sorry' and continued to ignore me. When I asked for a different car, they were very unhelpful.
La voiture était bien, mais elle possèdait quelques problèmes :
- 1 : La voiture était assez ancienne et assez cabosée 2018
- 2 : Les essuies glaces étaient morts
- 3 : L'airbag passager se déconnecte tout le temps ce qui est très dangereux
- 4 : Problème de verrouillage centralisé sur la porte passager
Sinon la prise en main était longue (30 minutes d'attente) mais l'accueil OK et le retour très facile.
