They gave extremely terrable car . They charge 90$ insurance even if you have full covered insurance

Will never use again want to charge $500 for a 3mm chip, that can be fixed with a portion of that. Check the car thoroughly they emphasize the body of the car but take video and pictures of everything.

It was most terrible experience I ever had because the counter person tried sell your insurance. I was 3 hours on the counter.

My initial invoice and my final invoice was 500%more expensive. I will not use or recommande Green Motion.

Horrible customer service at the counter. She would not let me use my own insurance, would not let me use the insurance that came with my easy car rental booking. They also did not have my car category and offered me an "upgrade". I drove over 1500 miles in the trip and the wanted me to drive a Ford Expidition (essentially a bus). That was unacceptable and they advised me they did not have any other vehicles. After over an hour at the counter, and speaking to multiple people, they finally got me an alternative. The cost of my 10 days tripled because of all of this and I was limited to what I could do on my vacation. Nothing but negative comments to say about Greenmotion and will never rent from them again.

Dislike: Easy car rentals offers insurance on the booking but does not apply to US or PR only international because it is a third party not with green motion directly.
