We are always met at the door by the ALamo agent whenever we rent a car from Alamo. There is never any queue. However, the Mercedes A series we booked was not available, so we settled for a Volkswagen Arteon which was a pleasure to drive as it was a smart car.

QEEQ provides the best price I can find and they always cancel the booking and rebook if the price falls more than 5% which happened with my booking. This is great as it gives me additional savings. The service as I get from QEEQ is excellent. The customer service always replies promptly whenever I contact them by email.

The service is standard and enthusiastic, and both pick-up and return of the car are very quick and convenient.

The registration at the airport was not bad, but the return experience at Luton Airport was terrible. There were barely noticeable scratches on the tire (scratches that no one would normally pay attention to and definitely wouldn't be checked during the rental process). Yet, they made me pay for the tire.
