I haven't gotten back my deposit yet after 2 Months.

The car was a bit old, but overall I'm quite satisfied.

This company is consistent as usual. The vehicles are not new, lacking anti-theft locks, and you have to use the car key every time you open or close the door, which is very inconvenient. Most importantly, there are no parking sensors, so I need a friend to guide me every time I reverse the car in Thailand. Other companies usually have these features, but this one does not.

I didn't get the car, but they still charged me. Is it my fault I didn't bring a Visa card? Why doesn't the app clearly state that you must use a Visa card? Other companies don't require a Visa, but this one, with the highest rating, insists on it?

Very simple and straightforward with very friendly staff who spoke English so my husband could understand. They made the process very quickly and we were soon on our way. The car was almost new and in excellent condition except for a scuffed wheel trim which they pointed out to us and marked down as existing damage. Excellent service, stress and hassle free!
