I'll reserve by advantage or easy car rent again, absolutely sure.

They added a lot of extra insurance without informing me, which I only found out at checkout. It feels deceptive.

Deliberately concealing the truth, deceiving customers, secretly charging extra fees, and forcing the sale of additional insurance

There was about a 35 min to 45 min wait to get the car. You need more attendants to help! The return of the car was great!.....

Dislike: the transmission was a little shot bur worked great in semi auto

Like: Got to airport and went to counter.had to wait for people who hadn't pre booked to be served.got served quickly and efficiently with no problems , then off to collect the car.car was not the model I was expecting but was nearly new and better than the model I'd ordered.have travelled a lot to different places in Florida and quite happily say this was a great deal /price for the car I ordered and I would certainly use this company again in future holidays..i was very impressed with the company and service.
Dislike: Having to wait over half an hour when I had pre booked my car 2 months earlier.(had just got off an 8 hour flight with 3 kids in tow!!
