Poor customer service. Would not book again.

Picked up from the airport, signed the contract at the store.

Staff are all Chinese and communication in Mandarin is smooth. They provide driving training for beginners before renting, which is commendable. However, they gave us a downgraded Chinese-made seven-seater car with poor performance and high fuel consumption. The fuel tank was almost empty at handover. It's really baffling why a Chinese-run rental company doesn't follow international standards (foreign rental companies usually hand over cars with a full tank and upgrade if the same class is unavailable).

It was ok. Was a little troublesome getting to the location off the airport, especially for travellers, but overall was not too bad. One comment though, the car came with an empty tank. That was a little stressful at the start.

Friendly staff, helpful. Assigned big sedan instead of mid size SUV (which still in progress of cleaning). Good interior space.

Garbage car rental office, they make you wait 1 hour just to collect your car
