The staff was extremely rude and didn't care about my voucher and didn't care about the tolls at a rate of $90.00 for the 9 day rental. I don't drive in Miami except to get to the Florida keys and back to airport. Major ripoff I called the very next day to your company to complain. I was also told by two different employees on two different calls to you about my miles being unlimited rate according to my voucher to go ahead and drive because we will cover it for you. I was charged by Right Car $187.50 on Jan.17 2019. I then started a dispute with my credit card company. I was never given a contract proof to booking with your company stating anything regarding my Florida drivers license. I will never use your company again and will spend my all my extra time writing bad reviews on your company because you don't take care of your customers the way the your employees say they will. “Less than mediocre.”

Right cars pick up was easy, but the staff was horrible to me when I had a problem with the vehicle. The AC went out and was not working. I was on vacation in Florida and the AC went out. When I called to see how I could fix the problem or get a new car I was told that I didn’t know how to use the AC and that I wasn’t getting a different car. When I dropped the vehicle off the address I was given was wrong and approx 3 blocks away from the actual location. When I arrived at the drop off, Oscar confirmed that the AC wasn’t working and that I would be refunded an unknown amount of money.

“Right Cars was HORRIBLE”

After completing the paperwork and being told that the coverage on my BMW M6 wasn't enough to cover the Nissan compact I was renting, the agent tried to tell me I HAD to get their insurance. I had called my insurance company (USAA) before my trip and they assured me my coverage was sufficient. When I told the agent (W. Curri) I would check with my credit card company to make sure everything was legit, he said he would not rent me the car and pulled back all of the paperwork. Leaving me stranded and scrambling for another car. I will NEVER do business with this company again and if asked, I will tell any/everybody about my horrible experience with them.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. Bait and switched, and claimed that Supplemental Insurance was required by law when it fact it was not. Bold faced lies from the car rental company, still waiting for my deposit return despite it already having been three days.
